A variety of modalities are utilized including cupping, active engagement, static compression, and fascial broadening techniques to help clients reach their goals. Whether that is generalized wellness + relaxation, muscle/fascia tension, edema, or pain relief.

I work with people healing from all types of injuries, surgeries, along with those looking for general maintenance and well-being. My goal is to get great results without compromising comfort, consent or communication.
